Cancellation Policy

Your time is valuable, and so is ours! To ensure we can continue providing the best service possible to all clients, please review the following policies regarding cancellations and rescheduling: 24-Hour Notice Required: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. No Call / No Shows: Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will automatically incur a 75% fee, charged to the card on file. Last Minute / Same Day Reschedule Policy: If you need to reschedule and are able to rebook within one week of the original appointment, the 50% cancellation fee will be waived as a courtesy.
