Things can come up unexpectedly and I understand that’s it’s part of life. If you need to cancel your appointment; Aesthetics By Kate kindly asks that you give 24 NOTICE BEFORE your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a 50% service charge. No call / no shows will automatically result in a 50% service charge to the card on file. The 50% charge will NOT be applied towards your next service.
