To get to our location enter the main building doors, go up the stairs & we will be located inside Itsa Salon which is the first door on your left. CANCELLATION POLICY
Your time is valuable, and so is mine! To ensure I can continue providing the best service possible to all clients, please review the following policies regarding cancellations and rescheduling: 24-Hour Notice Required: Kate kindly asks for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. No Call / No Shows: Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will automatically incur a 50% fee, charged to the card on file.
